When you hire new staff and you have the budget to provide them with a workstation that will hopefully inspire them to work hard, you need to get it right first time. There is no point in expecting a person to feel valued and motivated if you spend a minimum in their area because they will not really feel like you care about them or consider them to be very important job and their work will reflect this.
With this in mind there are some areas of their work space you need to focus on new staff to get you fired on all cylinders.

One of the things I enjoy most about training and consultation to seek the company is that I get the chance to meet big billers from across the country. I have clients from coast to coast, but I have found that there are three attributes that they all have in common.
Remember that the secret to being successful is to duplicate what causes others to succeed. Duplicate their minds, their actions, their strategies, and their habits. If you can duplicate it, then you increase your chances of a major creditor.
Start with what happens in the mind of a major creditor. These are the three attributes:
1) They are resilient.
Resilience differs from persistence. Persistence only stay on the phone. Resilience getting back at the once-full to empty your channels in a single day due to a fall-off, counter-offers, and other bad things that happen to good recruiters.
